ProPaintball’s famed rumor squad has credible information that ProCaps, the holding company of famed paintball brand DraxxusDXS and Vforce Goggle Systems, has officially called it quits and is courting buyers for its distressed investment. While our team has been hearing similar news for nearly a year now, the news has finally been made official.

ProCaps seems to be currently soliciting bids from three in-industry companies; one of which is rumored to be the ever-growing and potent GI Sportz, with the other two unknown at this time.
