Bueno el torneo ta' feo faltan 5 dias y solo hay 2 equipos inscritos.

2009 Cancun Open

Mxball Sports announces that due to the fact that the Cancun International Cup is only 15 days away and we only have 2 teams with payed entry, this may lead to the cancellation of the event, as this is NOT a viable option for us. We are in motion of
making some changes, in order that this event turns to a reality.

1. There will be just one category which will be 5-man XBall open.
2. The games will only be held between Saturday the 24th and Sunday 25th of January.
3. The inscription toll will be 500 usd. per team.
4. PSP rules and credential will be used.
5. The referees will be NXL and PSP certified.
6. The BARCELO MAYAN BEACH will still be the home of our event.
7. AEROMEXICO will still grant a 10% discount.
8. AMERICAN AIRLINES will still grant a 5% discount.
9. The awards will be as following:

1st place 10,000 usd.
2nd place 7,000 usd.
3rd place 4,000 usd.
4th place 2,000 usd.
5th place 1,000 usd.

Trophies and medals will be awarded to the first 3 places.

With this changes we hope that the costs for the players are considerably reduced so they can attend this event.

For Mxball Sports is really important that this first Cancun International Cup takes
place so we are able to do this every year from now on, but with all the PSP
categories.

By the way, this first event of the year can also help the players as a refresh on the
new PSP rules of the ROF and ROSTER.
